St. Lawrence Gap - Recreation
 The Gap provides a number of ways to relax and have a good
time:
Stop in at Time Out at the Gap for parties and local entertainment or to play pool and darts! Scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, and sailing are available just across the street!
The Dover playing field is the venue for a number of sports
activities including soccer, cricket,
and basketball. Visiting cricket teams from England frequently
hold matches against local teams on this ground.
You can also enjoy watersports in the Gap - renting boogie
boards or jetskis at Dover Beach or going scuba diving or snorkeling.
For scuba diving, visit Dive Pro Barbados, a state of the art PADI 5 star facility.
The Silver Fox Arcade is another popular recreational
spot in the Gap.
